By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.
You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your country of residence to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website and purchase of products is lawful in your country of residence.
3. Website content and product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that website content is accurate and current. However, images are illustrative only, colours may display differently depending on your device, and packaging or product presentation may vary slightly.
Website content is provided for general information only. It does not constitute medical, nutritional, diagnostic or treatment advice. Elemence products are food supplements and not medicines.

5. Customer accounts
Where you create an account, you must provide accurate and current information and keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorised access. To report suspected unauthorised access, email hello@3lemence-admin.com.
We may suspend, restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, Elemence or third parties, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, security risks, misuse or breach of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Elemence name, logos, trade dress, packaging, product names, website design, text, graphics, photography, video, software and other materials on the website are owned by or licensed to Elemence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No right, title or interest in any Elemence intellectual property is transferred to you. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for your personal, non-commercial use.

The website may link to third-party websites, platforms or services. These are provided for convenience only. Elemence does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, terms or conduct.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products or mandatory consumer rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elemence excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from use of or inability to use the website.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
Where legally permitted, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will be published on the website with its effective date.
If a material change affects an existing contractual relationship, we will provide notice where required by law. Continued use of the website after publication of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
